Why Yoga for Children & Teens?
Children and teens today face many challenges in family, social, and academic environments. Yoga can provide many benefits, including:

Yoga is a good adjunct to children and teens receiving counseling or therapy services (i.e. Mental Health, Occupational Therapy).
